Sequence of operation
1. Firstly, make the picture smooth and tight, take joint line about 2-4cm, fix edges with tape or glue on the ground.
2. Before using, please find a suitable temperature and speed according to your printing material. If the temperature is too high it could burn the picture, while too low, it won't weld strong. Therefore, It is very important that the temperature and speed are good match.
3. Open the power, and then set the temperature: The golden knob is the temperature button. Switch it end to the "on", the temperature will raising. For up for down, set the desired temperature according to the thickness of picture. Generally, the temperature is between 330-380degree, or you can take some printing material enclose the nozzle, If it can be melted immediately, This temperature is the one you need.
4. Turn the handle to the left, the machine start work. Turn the speed knob to adjust a suitable speed, generally marked on the knob points to the location between 2 from 4. The machine can walk automatically, but you can adjust it with the black handle when it not on the straight line.
5. During the welding process, if printing material is burnt, you should increase the speed or lower the temperature, this can avoid burning picture, but do not increase speed rapidly, otherwise the machine will run too fast to make it go straightly, this will cause the picture can not be spliced and damage the picture.
6. After welding, turn the handle to right to keep hot air gun from picture completely, then turn off the temperature button(switch the gold knob to "off") the temperature will be reduced. Please don't cut the power directly, to avoid damaging the heat element. You can cut off the power or main switch after the temperature be reduced below 50degree.
7. Don't use it in rainy day, the workplace should be dry, flat and safety of fire. The machine should have technical person to operate, it is forbid that someone use it without professional knowledge. Working voltage: 110V- 220V. Please don't disassemble the machine without introduction, you should be responsible the result yourself.
You mustn't turn off the machine until the welding machine will completely cool down in a few minutes. Then pull out the plug.
Preparation before using the machine
1. You should adjust the temperature and speed according to the thickness of your materials.
2. Fix the cloth on the smooth ground to make sure the best result.
Maintain
1. Clean the nozzle with copper brush.
2. Clean the air inlet with soft bristle brush.
3. Check the power cord and plugs to avoid any mechanical damage.
